Our Work

The Resonant Man was founded by Matthew Green and Jacob Kishere in April 2024.

We have developed our space for over a year with weekly circles, live events and our first annual Soulistice retreat in Buckinghamshire, U.K.

Our Sunday circle is at 7pm UK time every week.

We will offer an additional online circle on Thursday evening UK time starting December 2025. Our Spanish language circle El Hombre Resonante gathers regularly in La Ciudad de Oaxaca, México.

  • The Resonant Man gathers men of all ages—young men, fathers and elders from around the world weaving a resonant global network.

    Alongside our presence online and in the U.K. we are fostering collaborations with voices from Latin America and fostering a Spanish language circle in Oaxaca, México.

  • We draw upon our own devoted evolutionary journeys and insight from the new science of collective healing. Matthew’s facilitation is informed by advanced training with renowned collective healing pioneer Thomas Hübl. Jacob draws upon ongoing exploration of Indigenous plant medicine, prayer, and resonant dialogue.

  • Our initiative invites men to show up exactly as they are right now and to be witnessed in whatever they are walking.

    We welcome men for as they feel our container is the right space for them to grow and evolve.

    We support men to develop six-month goals and daily practice commitments to transform their day-to-day lives – leveraging the collective accountability provided by the weekly circle to help participants overcome resistance and transcend old patterns.

  • Each month we explore a different theme which supports both our inner and outer development, and brings freshness and vitality to our weekly circle.

    Previous themes have included: Month of Ancestry; Month of the Feminine, Month of the Authentic Future Self, Month of The Medicine; Month of The Sovereign & Month of Wizard Alchemy.

  • We invite guest experts from our curated network to deliver unique sessions to the Resonant Man including sound healing ceremonies & live events that advance the potential for cultural transformation.

Memberships

  • When you become a member of the Resonant Man you are entitled to attend our one of our weekly men’s circles and are invited to join a dedicated Whatsapp group where we continue our dialogue and sharing outside of session.

    You are entering a deeply held field of presence with men who are committed to showing up for each others transformation.

  • We hold a 45m discussion with each man who wants to join the Resonant Man to ensure that he is a good fit for the work.

    In order to honour the integrity of the circle, we ask men to join for a minimum of one month.

    This baseline commitment ensures that you overcome any initial obstacles and are able to get a fuller sense of the work’s impact before deciding to continue.

    Showing up in this space means attending on time, and keeping the circle informed when you need to miss a session.

    Every session is carefully designed by Matthew and Jacob to support your development.

  • Core Circle: £125 per month. (Weekly circle facilitated by Matthew and Jacob with regular guest facilitators, access to the Whatsapp group)

    Focus Field: £200 per month (For those who want to go beyond core participation to create a bespoke package of support via focused sessions with Matthew and Jacob in service of your objectives every month)

    Cory’s remarkable work has formed a key-soundtrack for The Resonant Man. We’ve been honoured to host him for two sound healing experiences this year. Cory is a one of a kind Chicago based artist, painter, rapper and sound healer @coryayo_

    Cory has extensive experience with plant medicine and has facilitated sacred journeys with his music. He provided music at Jacob’s first major retreat at Kumankaya with Jordan Bates in 2023.

    Prof. Cadell Last

    FOUNDER OF PHILOSOPHY PORTAL, AUTHOR

    Cadell authored The Global Brain Singularity and co-author of Sex, Masculinity, God. He is founder and steward of Philosophy Portal—a pioneering education and community platform. He was our guest philosopher at Soulstice 2025 where he delivered an exploration of his work Sex, Masculinity God, leading us through the fall of socialism and contemporary revival of Christianity to articulate the need for intimate resonante network working at ‘human speed’ in a time of AI.

    The Women’s network founded by Melinda Chandler which we partnered with for a live event this year exploring the intersection of men and womens work.

    Our collaboration was one which clarified our ongoing commitment to partnering in dialogue with resonant women’s organisations.

    Seth has worked for over a decade with clients on the relationship between mind, body and movement. His current work is exploring resonance, musicality, dialogue & plant medicine.

    He connected with the Resonant Man through his ongoing participation in liminal wisdom communities like Uncertainment with Lisa Norton and the Net with O.G. Rose.

    Seth’s history as an artist gives him the capacity to shift social and cultural norms—he is currently leading meditation in front of the Whitehouse every day; something which inspired engagement and dialogue with the public.

    Jordan Bates

    MEN’S WORK LEADER, AUTHOR, RAPPER, LEADERSHIP COACH

    Jordan is a men’s work leader who’s been instrumental in supporting co-founder Jacob Kishere’s development in understanding men’s work. He is a father and husband who has led numerous men’s retreats and plant medicine retreats around the world. Once a world travelling rap wizard, he is the founder and steward of ‘Council of Kings’ a dynamic mens brotherhood in its third year of which Jacob regularly participates.

    EIMEAR O’NEILL, KATHY ADAMS & KIM WILLIS

    In Aug 2025 we invited a first wise womens council into our space, calling together elder women with a breadth of wisdom and experience in psychology and the healing arts.

    Eimear O’Neill hails from Ireland and brings decades of life experience and skill as a psychotherapist. She has been a consistent supoprter of this work.

    Kathy Adams, brings together an incredible scope of healing modalities, and earth wisdom to work with men.

    Kim Willis is an old friend, uncertainment practicioner and exemplar in deep sustained participation in her community in Vermont.

Combining Matthew’s decades of journalistic experience with Jacob’s attunment to emergent culture and philosophy, The Resonant Man is working to cultivate an address of masculinity in culture today.
